Tim and Millie have been together long enough to think they’re past the worst of it. Then they move to the country, and the relationship already starts cracking before the movie even has the decency to show you the monster. It’s mostly tension, quiet fights, and that feeling that something is off. Country life, but make it personal.
And then comes the unnatural encounter. Not subtle. Not poetic. It basically turns their love, their routines, and their bodies into a question mark. The story doesn’t ask permission either. It just escalates, until “together” stops sounding romantic and starts sounding like a warning label.
Together (2025) is one of those films that uses horror logic to talk about intimacy and control, except it’s way more uncomfortable than your average relationship drama. If you like your love stories with consequences, this one’s for you.

Tim und Millie sind schon lange zusammen. Klar, irgendwann soll man ja zusammen weiterwachsen. Dann ziehen sie aufs Land und bekommen die Freundlichkeit der Provinz als Nebenwirkung verabreicht. Die Stimmung kippt ohnehin, bevor irgendetwas wirklich passiert. Und dann kommt diese „unnatürliche Begegnung“. Keine coole Horror-Metapher, eher so ein Moment, in dem du merkst: Das Schicksal hat einen sehr schlechteren Sinn für Romantik.
Together - Unzertrennlich macht aus einer Beziehungskrise buchstäblich eine körperliche Angelegenheit. Liebe, Alltag und Grenzen geraten durcheinander, während die Natur draußen scheinbar einfach zusieht. 90% bei Rotten Tomatoes klingt erstmal nach „funktioniert“, und ja: Das Timing sitzt. Trotzdem bleibt es eine ziemlich unangenehme Idee, wenn du auf entspannte Umzüge stehst.
